- Please contact Karen at Info@zetpilnutrition.com to share your concerns within 7 days from receiving your order . I will respond to you within 24 hours to help solve the problem to your satisfaction.
- If a return or exchange is approved, the products must be safely returned to me within 30 days of purchase.
- More than one opened item of the same product will not be accepted or refunded.
- The customer is responsible for the proper storage of the product to be issued a refund. Proper storage and handling techniques are provided on every product label and disclosed fully on the website.
- If the product was defective in any way, we will request that you return your purchase prior to receiving a refund or exchange.
If you receive your order and the products are damaged in any way, please contact me immediately at Info@zetpilnutrition.com so that I can file a claim with the carrier as well as expedite a new shipment of your order.
Unfortunately I cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by any country’s Custom’s Office unless the order is returned back to me, within 30 days, and in an undamaged, unopened, resealable condition. A refund will be issued if all those criteria are met for the cost of the product only. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
