Zetpil™ Arginine Plus Suppository

Problems

  • Oral arginine stimulates the release of arginase. Arginase decreases the systemic availability of Nitric Oxide (NO) leading to poor vascular health, diabetes complications, and erectile dysfunction.*
  • Research indicates that NO bioavailability is compromised in the aging human heart and vasculature.

Potential of Zetpil Arginine Plus

  • Arginine is a precursor to Nitric oxide (NO) and its production/bioavailability decreases with age.
  • Nitric Oxide is a powerful protector against vascular “traumas” such as inflammation, plaque build-up and blood clots (thrombosis) which lead to cardiovascular diseases. *
  • Endothelial dysfunction has been implicated in age-associated issues such as memory loss, hypertension, stroke, erectile dysfunction, and renal dysfunction.*
  • Arginine increases blood flow which improves wound healing.*

Description

Zetpil™ Suppository Advantage

Zetpil™ delivers nutrition via the rectum with the use of suppositories that have a unique, all- natural formulated base that has revolutionized not only this mode of delivery, but also the ability to obtain nutrients in a far more efficacious method. These suppositories are a result of combining natural ingredients with a non-irritating, rapid melting (5-6 minutes), readily absorbable (superior retention), antioxidant base material (free radical scavenging ability) and delivers the nutrients directly into the bloodstream in less than 20 minutes in a highly effective manner. Oral supplements are exposed to the hazards of stomach acid, digestive enzymes, food-related breakdown, first pass metabolism, and other bioavailability issues in the gastro-intestinal system.

Additionally, many raw materials simply have a very low bioavailability, and only achieve around 10% or less (commonly <1%) absorption rates, even if the patient is in optimal health condition. Compromised health, age, or certain conditions that result in an inability to take oral nutrients often preclude these patient populations from obtaining the necessary nutrition to stay healthy which often exacerbates chronic health issues.

Zetpil™ suppositories are a NOW solution to delivering the necessary nutrients to patients, on a daily basis, that is both easy, comfortable and cost effective. The safety and noticeable effectiveness of these products will far outweigh any initial hesitation you have regarding this mode of delivery.

What makes Zetpil™ Arginine Different?

The Zetpil™ Arginine suppository is truly a revolutionary product. It safely stimulates the production of Nitric Oxide (NO) and may enhance natural Growth Hormone production. Currently, Zetpil™ is the only company in the world that has effectively formulated a product bypassing the issues of oral arginine supplementation. Arginine, and the subsequent production of nitric oxide, is extremely important in vascular and overall health.  However, because of arginine’s inability to be effective when taken orally, the benefits of arginine have been essentially non-existent.   Until now!

One solution appears to be the use of rectal suppositories, and here is why. Research has demonstrated that the oral dosage of arginine may be as high as 11 grams to achieve a therapeutic level of 1,650mgs needed by the body to raise endothelial nitric oxide (eNOS). That dosage is not sustainable for patient compliance. The lower rectal dosage elevates the amount of arginine available for eNOS formation but does so by bypassing the reactive secretion of Arginase.

Thus, instead of 80-85% degradation from Arginase, we get 80-85% absorption and stimulation of beneficial NO levels that enhance endothelial integrity and healing. It also would appear not to trigger the formation of peroxynitrates (free radicals).

Properties of Arginine

Properties of Arginine

Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid and serves many functions in the body. One of its most beneficial actions is as a precursor for Nitric Oxide (NO) synthesis which is formed by a family of enzymes named NO synthases. Nitric oxide is required for normal functions like wound healing, retaining skin moisture, vasodilation (proper regulation of blood flow), regulation of blood pressure, mediating host defense, protection from cardiovascular disease and acts as a neurotransmitter. In fact, nitric oxide deficiency is one of the root causes of cardiovascular disease and contributes to endothelial dysfunction (problems within the blood vessels that damages function).
